Types of registrations

  • Presenters of Accepted papers - US $150.00
  • All Students Presenters - US $50.00 

Faqs

Will speakers need to register for the virtual conference? 
Yes. After the acceptance of a full paper, the primary author needs to register online. The second author need not register.  

Do authors have to pay separately, if they are more than one?
No. Only the primary author of the accepted paper pays the registration fees.

What is the last date for Presenter/ Author registration?
August 15, 2022


What is the last date for online registration for attendees? 
August 28, 2022

Will the conference proceedings be recorded? 
Yes. Presentations will be conducted via zoom and you will have access to the recorded sessions for 30 days. We respect the rights of any presenters who do not wish to be recorded. 

What are my payment options? 
The payment gateway accept all Credit Cards. 

What’s the policy for cancellation and/or refunds?
50% refundable by August 15 and non-refundable after August 15, 2022. 

Will I be able to access on-demand sessions after the conference ends?
Yes, paid participants and audience will be provided with a YouTube link for the duration of a month, subject to the author’s approval.  

Will I receive an invoice/receipt for my payment? 
Yes. Since the payment is collected by Indiana University, you will receive an invoice accordingly. 

How do I access the live sessions during the EDDE Virtual Conference?
The main author will be sent a zoom link to access the live session. They may share the link with their collaborators.

What platform will be used for the live sessions? 
The platform used will be ZOOM.

Publishing online proceedings

The conference proceedings will be published? 
Yes. We will be publishing online proceedings of the selected papers. The journal will be published independently under EDDE. It will have an e-ISBN.
